Storage Subscriptions
$20/mo (storage + Vault) for all members. Track $65/mo (+ 2 retests/yr) and Pro $125/mo (+ 4 retests/yr) available on Complete, Premium, and Newborn. Preserve is $20/mo only — storage-focused entry tier. Recurring revenue with structurally low churn — samples are physically held, families rarely cancel. WGS Add-On
$699 universal opt-in for Preserve and Complete members. Uses stored DNA — no new collection. Activates our cryptographic architecture in the Vault (EKR coming in v0.6). Premium has WGS bundled by default. Crypto access is universal, not a paywall.
Retest Add-Ons
$599 upgrade from Preserve → Complete (MSA 270K runs on stored DNA — no new kit). Designed as the natural upsell path: Preserve → Complete → Track/Pro. 40% margin on upgrade.
Point-of-Care Capture
Two channels: (1) Provider offices (dental, primary-care) — Preserve kit captured during routine visits, $20/mo subscription as patient flow. (2) Clinical sites — Premium clinical blood draw at certified collection centers. Near-zero CAC through provider network. LTV:CAC blended 5–15× across channels. Houston pilot active with founder's clinical network.
Vault & Imprint Subscriptions (Phase III–IV)
Expanded Vault storage, Digital Epigenome (six-platform social-archive uploader), and Imprint AI access as premium subscription add-ons. Year 2+ revenue layer.
